The new Y#2.5CTF engine mount

Poly Flex has developed the new Y#2.5CTF mount series
to suit the Yanmar 4, 3 and 2 cylinder diesel engine range.
For example the Y#2.5CTF60-25-16(50)-Orange[pictured]
engine mount can be retrofitted to:-
Yanmar- 3GM30, 3YM30, 3YM20,2GM20 & 2YM15 engines.

The new Poly Flex Resilient Deck Support System

This new system provides a means of supporting/tuning the deck structure
to reduce the effects of vibration harmonics.
The design is comprised of:
- polymer flanges top and bottom
- ball and resilient socket joints, top and bottom, which allow a maximum of
  15 degrees inclination each.
- a stainless steel adjusting stud and locking nuts

-the aluminium tube is supplied by the installer, as its length is application dependent.

    Originally developed as high vibration isolation mounts capable of withstanding
    Earthquake conditions: they have proven to be the most effective marine engine
    mounts yet produced by Poly Flex.

       The new P#8.4CTF engine mounts

The new P#8.4CTF engine mounts, designed
for high vibration isolation together with a heavy
duty base design.
Designed to be used in 4x mount installations
or in conjunction with the P##8.4CTF-bridge mount
in higher load applications.

The new P##8.4CTF - Bridge mount, which allows the use of a double mount capacity with the advantage of a 'single stud height adjustment'.
Note the new heavy duty base design.

 The range of heavy engine mounts for diesel engines to 2,500hp.

The new range of resilient mounts for the support and isolation of the superstructure
of large vessels such as Ocean-going passenger ferries and Tugs, etc.

All metal components - 316 stainless steel

To minimise corrosion and to avoid any metal to metal contact, polymer bolt bushes are available.(see application sheet)

Other sizes and configurations are available, such as, square pattern 4-bolt isolator housings   
instead of the 2-bolt housings shown.
