Poly Flex will in every situation endeavour to adhere to the National Privacy Principles when dealing with your personal information which is any information about you that identifies you, or by which your identity can reasonably be ascertained.

 

Poly Flex collects personal information from its customers when you request information by telephone, by internet or by written order.

The interactive facilities located on our website, such as enquiry forms collect personal information. Your personal information may be also be obtained from third parties such as our distributor network. The information is collected for purposes relating to our business, including:

Should you wish to remove your personal details from Poly Flex’s database please contact the Privacy Officer via email.  If the law requires us to provide you with information about our products or services, we must provide that information regardless of your request not to receive information about our products and services generally.

However, we may refuse access to personal information in some cases such if the request is frivolous.  Should we have reason to deny or restrict your access, we will advise you and explain why.

 

Our website does not collect identifiable personal information unless you provide your contact details to us to request information about our  products or services. Our web host uses cookies to automatically record non-identifiable data such as your server address, domain name, the date and time of the visit and the pages viewed. This information is statistical data only as to website use and does not identify you in any way.

 

We take steps to protect your personal information sent by e-mail, but as it is not a secure method of communication, you may prefer to contact us by any of the other means set out below.

We may also need to send on your e-mail to our distributor  network or external contractors if it relates to product or service enquiries or complaints.

 

Our website contains links to web sites which are owned or operated by third parties independent of Poly Flex including Poly Flex distributors, service providers and other third parties. The owner/ operator of those sites are responsible for the privacy and security policies governing those sites and Poly Flex accepts no liability for your use of them.
